We will acknowledge our Clients’ complaints within 5 working days of receipt if you contact us via our Customer Services email (support@hcewallet.com).

As our Client, if your end users believe a third party has behaved in a fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate manner, or if you cannot adequately resolve a dispute with a third party, you may notify HCEWALLET Customer Services email (support@hcewallet.com) so that we may consider what action to take, if any.
